Cat Beach Budget
The well-being and comfort of the rescued cats is always the top priority.

Costs are rising. The annual budget has increased to about
RM 350,000 (USD $ 85,000)
approximately RM 25K to 30K per month / +/- RM 850 - RM 1000 per day

Our dreams for the future include major renovations to improve the
facilities and services to both cats and people - the visitors, volunteers and staff
who make all the difference for the Cat Beach Cats.
Fund for Veterinary Care for Rescued Cats
With an average monthly cost of RM 5000 (USD $1200). veterinary care is the single greatest expense for Cat Beach Sanctuary. Most cats that arrive at the shelter come directly from treatment at a veterinarian. The cats are surrendered because they have nowhere else to go - sick, injured or traumatised. Cat Beach then is obliged to give them daily care and nursing. When healthy, all Cat Beach Cats need VAX, SNIP & CHIP - 2 or 3 vaccinations, sterilisation at 6 months or older, and microchipping for identification.
