Love Cats Weekend starts today! Cat Beach is testing the online possibilities with an online celebration paralleling the in-purrson one that launches today at Straits Quay Marina. Visitors to the event or people at home can simply scan the QR code or enter the website at www.catbeachpenang.org. There they will find a PAWsport to tour the stations (activity tables / booths) and earn stamps by completing tasks. Complete all the tasks and earn a free t-shirt or gift certificate

You are cordially invited to participate in the LOVE CATS WEEKEND hosted by Cat Beach Sanctuary on Saturday, July 25 and Sunday, July 26 from 4 pm to 10 pm each day. The event celebrates the 12th anniversary of the cat sanctuary and will take place at the beautiful Straits Quay Mall and Marina - with presentations and activities on and around the Floating Stage surrounded by million dollar yachts and a panoply of fine restaurants and shops. Yes Cat Beach is a bit remote but people coming from all over the world find the sanctuary. Our current greatest challenge is to find one or more people to welcome the visitors and volunteers.
